Trash and Recycling

Place your trash out at the curb no earlier than 4PM the night before trash pick up days; ideally in a trash can with a lid, in a heavy plastic bag, or doubled bagged. The goal is to keep litter out of our neighborhood and secure from wild animals.

Yard waste in plastic bags will be rejected at the local composting facility therefore yard waste must be placed in compostable paper bags or personal containers clearly marked “Yard Debris Material”.

Each tree limb or piece of brush must be no longer than 4 feet in length and 3 inches thick in diameter. Limbs and brush must be bundled with rope or twine for ease of collection and placement into the truck.

American Disposal Services will not pick up items that are bagged, bundled or placed in a container the total of which exceeds 50 pounds; nor will they pick up items such as building materials, mulch, dirt, rock and sod.


Trash and recycling pick up are provided as part of your annual HOA fee.


I am going away for a few days; can I put my trash out early?
Please contact a neighbor for help with your trash collection. We will help you store your trash temporarily and put it out on the correct trash day.

Will there be a trash collection if the pick up day falls on a holiday?
Trash and Recycling will not be picked up on the 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day or days when landfill is closed. Your trash and/or recycling will be picked up on the next scheduled collection day.
