Each homeowner in our community receives a packet of written Resale Disclosure documents as part of the purchase process and upon settlement, accepts the rights and responsibilities included within. These important documents literally spell out the role of your homeowners association as well as your role as a homeowner. Please take the time to review your Resale Disclosure documents.
