Lakewood Hills #2 Community Association, Inc.

Lakewood Hills #2 Community Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation and therefore a governing body is required to oversee its business. The Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners and volunteer their time to preserve our home values and community. The board members are mindful that the decisions they make affect us all.

Lakewood Hills #2 Community Association, Inc. is in no way affiliated with the Lakewood Hills #1 Community Association which represents another, totally separate townhouse community.

Each homeowner in our community receives a packet of written Resale Disclosure documents as part of the purchase process and upon settlement, accepts the rights and responsibilities included within. These important documents literally spell out the role of your homeowners association as well as your role as a homeowner. Please take the time to review your Resale Disclosure documents.

ATTENTION!
Homeowners Not-in-Residence …

Please provide the association with a current mailing address.
This is critical, not only in case of emergency, but in order for you to receive important information and notifications from the HOA.
